Users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (password, API keys, and 2FA codes). Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Cryptocurrency and AI-powered trading involve significant financial risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. ABOTRA-PROAI's AI robots provide automated trading signals based on market analysis, but profits are NOT guaranteed. You may lose your entire investment. Trade only with funds you can afford to lose. We strongly recommend consulting a financial advisor before trading.
Minimum deposit: $50 USD (or equivalent in crypto). Minimum withdrawal: $20 USD. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 hours. All transactions are monitored for security and fraud prevention. ABOTRA-PROAI reserves the right to hold withdrawals for additional verification if suspicious activity is detected. Transaction fees may apply depending on network conditions.
Trading robots operate 24/7 based on pre-programmed algorithms and real-time market analysis. Robot performance varies based on market conditions, selected robot level, and investment amount. The 3% to 1000% daily profit range represents maximum potential returns under optimal conditions. Actual returns may vary. Users cannot interfere with robot trading logic once activated.
The following activities are strictly prohibited: creating multiple accounts, using fake payment proofs, chargeback fraud, money laundering, manipulating referral systems, using bots or scripts to exploit platform features, and sharing misleading information about ABOTRA-PROAI. Violation leads to immediate account suspension and permanent ban.
Peer-to-peer (P2P) transactions must be completed honestly and respectfully. Sellers must release coins immediately upon payment confirmation. Buyers must complete payment within the specified time window (usually 15-30 minutes). False disputes or delayed payments may result in account restrictions. All P2P disputes are reviewed by our support team within 72 hours.
ABOTRA-PROAI employs industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, Firebase security rules, and activity monitoring. ABOTRA-PROAI reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature, robot level, or service without prior notice. We may adjust profit percentages, robot pricing, or trading parameters based on market conditions. Users will be notified of major changes via email or platform announcement.
Referral commission is structured as follows: Level 1: 10%, Level 2: 2%, Level 3: 1% of referral's trading profits. Commissions are calculated daily and credited to your affiliate balance. Minimum withdrawal of commission is $20. Abuse of the referral system (self-referrals, fake accounts) leads to commission forfeiture and possible account termination.
For withdrawals exceeding $1,000 USD, ABOTRA-PROAI may require identity verification (KYC) including government ID, proof of address, and selfie verification. Failure to complete verification may delay or block withdrawals. KYC documents are stored securely and used only for compliance purposes.
ABOTRA-PROAI, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any financial losses, missed profits, or damages arising from platform use, API failures, market crashes, or force majeure events. You use the platform at your own risk.
These terms are governed by international arbitration laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation. By using ABOTRA-PROAI, you waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
ABOTRA-PROAI may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms, engaging in suspicious activity, or upon request of law enforcement. Upon termination, pending withdrawals will be processed within 30 days after security review.
By registering and using ABOTRA-PROAI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above. If you disagree with any provision, please do not use our platform.
